Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Requests

Wrong Item Delivered: Email us at cj.creativejourney@gmail.com or call +91-81479 80808 within 2 days of delivery. Our Customer Delight team will resolve this at the earliest.

Damaged Item: If you receive a damaged product, please email us with your order ID and a picture of the damaged item at cj.creativejourney@gmail.com or call +91-81479 80808 within 2 days of delivery. We will assist you promptly.

Item Not Liked: If you simply did not like an item, email us at cj.creativejourney@gmail.com or call +91-81479 80808. Our Customer Delight team will address your queries within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.

Conditions for Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product delivered
• Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)
• Incomplete order (missing products)

Note: Kindly allow 36-48 hours to process refunds, which will be issued using the same payment method used for the original payment.

Non-Eligible Refund/Return Requests

Refund or return requests will not be processed under the following conditions:

• Opened/used/altered products
• Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
• Return/replacement request generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
• Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
• Orders placed during promotional offer periods

Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of unforeseen circumstances, CREATIVE JOURNEY reserves the right to void the shipment and process a refund for applicable orders.
