In Case You Received the Wrong Item

In Case You Received a Damaged Item

If you received a damaged product, email us with your order ID and a picture of the damaged item at cj.creativejourney@gmail.com or call us at +91-81479 80808 within 2 days of delivery. Our Customer Delight team will assist you promptly.

If You Simply Did Not Like an Item

If you are not satisfied with an item, please email us at cj.creativejourney@gmail.com or call +91-81479 80808. Our Customer Delight team will respond to your queries and resolve them within 24 hours.

If You Need to Cancel Your Order

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.

Shipping Charges on Purchase

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹395, as notified from time to time. We also provide Free Cash-On-Delivery. Please consider the shipping rates shown at checkout to be final.

Conditions for Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product delivered
• Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)
• Incomplete order (missing products)

Conditions Where Refund/Return Requests Will Not Be Processed

Refund or return requests will not be processed under the following conditions:

• Opened/used/altered products
• Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
• Return/replacement requests generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
• Damaged/missing products reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
• Any orders placed during promotional offer periods will not be entertained for cancellations, returns, or refunds

Note: In case of unforeseen circumstances, CREATIVE JOURNEY reserves the right to void the shipment and process a refund for applicable orders.
